With extensive experience in both corporate and small business, Dessirae brings 25 years of industry experience to QualDes.

Previously responsible for Research and Development, and Quality Assurance at both Cerebos and Goodman Fielder, Dessirae understands the challenges faced by large organisations.  She applies a multi-disciplined approach to generating sustainable solutions that are in line with her client’s unique corporate culture, and support the long-term goals of the organisation. Dessirae has a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree (Food Technology), as well as being an Exemplar Global Food Safety Auditor and SQF (Safe Quality Foods) Consultant

Her focus, knowledge and experience in food technology, has positioned Dessirae as a well-respected leader in the industry.

Ursula is a great communicator, has the ability to see the world from a client’s perspective delivering the right product every time. She forms close working relationships with clients and suppliers, and is dedicated to providing a quality, professional service that supports the customer’s goals and ambitions.

Ursula has over 15 years experience in the Food Industry including Product Development and Quality Assurance, which gives her the unique ability to develop safe and stable food products. She has worked in New Zealand, England and Australia, and her hands on experience in high risk facilities has made her a great trouble-shooter and problem solver.

Ursula has a Bachelor of Technology in Food Science and is an Exemplar Certified Auditor.

Laura has over 20 years’ experience in a broad range of businesses including multinationals, SME’s, and now her own successful business.

Laura has spent the majority of her career in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry at Unilever and smaller FMCG Companies. She is highly skilled in Field Sales, Sales Management, Trade Marketing and New Product Development, with success in implementations of complete sales processes, national product launches, product distribution nationally, new business sales of products into Food Service and Retail.

Laura has worked with many successful teams on product and Trade Marketing campaigns, and was the winner of a globally recognised B2B National Marketing Award.
